Under-Eye Rejuvenation
Natural regeneration. Subtle rejuvenation. Beautifully refreshed eyes.
A rare treatment to find in the UK, EZ Gel combines gentle volumisation with regenerative skin rejuvenation — without using traditional hyaluronic acid dermal filler.

How does EZ Gel work?
Using a small amount of your own blood, we create a bespoke gel containing plasma and platelets. This is carefully placed into the delicate under-eye area to provide subtle, natural-looking filling while supporting the skin’s own regenerative processes.
The treatment can help stimulate collagen production and improve the texture, firmness and quality of the under-eye skin over time, creating a fresher and more rested appearance.
The result is intentionally subtle — refreshed rather than filled.
The treatment
Your treatment journey
For optimum results, we recommend 2 treatments approximately 4 weeks apart.
Results develop progressively as the skin continues to rejuvenate, with results lasting approximately 9 months, although longevity varies between individuals.
Is EZ Gel right for you?
EZ Gel can be an excellent option if you want under-eye rejuvenation but aren’t suitable for, or don’t want, traditional dermal filler.
It is particularly suited to those looking for:
- A natural alternative to under-eye dermal filler
- Gentle improvement of mild tear-trough hollowness
- Smoother, firmer and healthier-looking skin
- Collagen stimulation alongside subtle volumisation
- A refined, natural-looking result
After your treatment
Some moderate swelling around the under-eye area is expected, particularly during the first 24 hours. This usually settles quickly, although occasional bruising or residual swelling may persist for longer.
As with all treatments around the eyes, suitability is assessed carefully during your consultation.
A sophisticated, regenerative approach to under-eye rejuvenation — using the power of your own biology.
