Considered, prescriber-led treatment

Anti-wrinkle treatments are prescription treatments, which means every plan begins with a face-to-face consultation with our clinic nurse prescriber.

At that consultation we will talk through what is bothering you, look carefully at how your face moves, and put together a plan that suits your features and your goals. There are a number of different prescription brands available, each with slightly different characteristics, and part of our job is working out which one best suits your overall goals.

What we treat, and what to expect

Areas we commonly treat

Upper face – softening the look of dynamic lines across the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. We include non-surgical brow lift techniques with upper face treatments, if desired.

Lower face and neck – sometimes known as the Nefertiti lift, for those concerned about laxity through the lower face and jawline. Full face treatment is a combination of neck, lower and upper face, and remains a clinic favourite.

Masseter slimming – for a slimmer, softer lower-face profile by reducing the bulk of the masseter muscle

Trapezius – for a longer, more elongated neck and shoulder line

Excessive sweating – reducing the appearance of wet marks on clothing

Your consultation

Face-to-face and complimentary, and a mandatory requirement before any prescription treatment. We will take a full medical history, discuss your goals and your timeframe, and assess your suitability for treatment, keeping your safety as our top priority always.

On the day

The treatment itself is quick and most patients find it very manageable. There is little to no downtime, and most people return straight to their day.

Your review

We ask every patient to come back two to three weeks after treatment so we can check your results together and make any small adjustments. This review is complimentary, and allows us to ensure your results are perfect for you.

Longevity

You can expect results to last in the region of three to six months, though this varies from person to person.

Do I really need a consultation first?

Yes, all first time patients must first have a consultation, especially before a prescription treatment. Our nurse prescriber must assess you face-to-face before anything can be prescribed. It is a legal requirement as well as a clinical one — and honestly, it is also how we make sure you get a result you are happy with, and to keep you safe.

What will my results look like?

Every treatment outcome is individual. Some patients want something completely natural and undetectable, others prefer a super-smooth finish, and both are absolutely fine — this is a bespoke treatment and we will plan yours around what you actually want.

How long until I see a difference, and how long will it last?

Results appear gradually rather than instantly, which is why we review you at two to three weeks rather than the following day. From there, most patients find their results last in the region of three to six months.

Is there any downtime?

Very little. We will give you full aftercare advice before you leave, including a few simple things to avoid for the first twenty-four hours. Most patients carry on with their day as normal. Please note that bruising is a risk following any injectable treatment. Avoiding alcohol, high caffeine intake and heavy exercise on the day of treatment can assist in reducing this risk. We will talk more in depth about this during your consultation.

Do you have any spread the cost payment plans?

Yes, we offer Go Cardless (where you can add a payment amount of your choosing every month, to then use against any products or treatments in clinic). It can be cancelled at anytime. Additionally, we offer Klarna to pre pay or use at checkout, which splits your payment into x 3 payments, over 3 months, interest free. Please set up your Klarna account prior to your clinic visit.
