The questions
Blemish-prone skin
Breakouts aren’t just a teenage problem. Hormones, stress and a compromised skin barrier all play a part, potentially leaving pigmentation or scarring behind
At home: keep it simple — gentle cleanser, a targeted active, daily SPF. Over-cleansing and picking are a no-no.
In clinic: Observ 320 skin scan and a holistic medical assessment, prescriptive skincare, and treatments such as Chemical peels or SkinPen where appropriate.
A personalised, in-person complimentary consultation is recommended.
Hyperpigmentation and sun damage
Sun spots, patchiness and uneven tone — usually years of UV exposure, sometimes hormonal. Very treatable, but it returns without daily protection.
At home: SPF every day, all year. Non-negotiable.
In clinic: Observ 320 scan to reveal pigmentation beneath the surface, a prescriptive skincare plan, and peels or SkinPen to lift what’s already there.
A personalised, in-person complimentary consultation is recommended.
Fine lines and wrinkles
Lines come from movement and from time — collagen loss, sun exposure, and the everyday things that age skin faster than they should.
At home: SPF, Vitamin C, Vitamin A. Sleep, hydration and alcohol show up on the face eventually.
In clinic: Skin boosters and Skinpen microneedling are excellent options for fine lines, but often, anti-wrinkle prescription options are appropriate (following medical consultation and prescription with Nurse Caz). And no, you don’t have to look frozen to look fresh!
A personalised, in-person complimentary consultation is recommended.
Jowls and sagging skin
Collagen, elastin and deep structural support all decline with age. The jawline softens and jowls form — rarely a skin problem alone, which is why surface treatments disappoint.
At home: SPF, Vitamin A, and avoiding significant weight fluctuation.
In clinic: Profhilo Structura and Sculptra to rebuild support from within, dermal filler to restore jawline definition. Results build gradually over a course.
A personalised, in-person complimentary consultation is recommended.
Skin changes after rapid weight loss
The temples, pre-auricular area and mid-cheek hollow first — and because they sit high, everything below follows. Real, well-recognised, and very treatable.
At home: SPF, Vitamin A, and adequate protein.
In clinic: Profhilo Structura or Sculptra for firmness and skin quality, dermal filler to replace lost structure. Usually staged over a few months.
A personalised, in-person complimentary consultation is recommended
Facial balancing and definition
Chasing one feature is how results start to look done. The skill is treating the balance.
In clinic: Full facial assessment first. Microdroplet dermal filler technique for definition that looks like you. Ultrasound-guided injecting — we map the blood vessels rather than assume them, still uncommon in UK clinics.
A personalised, in-person complimentary consultation is recommended.
Ageing well
Most people don’t want to look younger. They want to look like themselves, at their best, for longer.
At home: SPF, Vitamin C, Vitamin A. Plus the unglamorous things — sleep, protein, movement and healthy living.
In clinic: Observ 320 baseline, then modest, consistent treatments spaced through the year. Nobody notices the treatments. They notice you look well.
A personalised, in-person complimentary consultation is recommended.
