Yes. All new patients have a face-to-face consultation before any treatment. It’s complimentary, with no obligation to book, and it’s your chance to ask questions, get to know us, and make sure you feel happy and confident in our care.

Of course. You might have a new skin or aesthetic goal you’d like to talk through, or a special event coming up that calls for a new plan. It’s also important to book one if anything has changed in your medical history.

Yes, and it may suit you better if you’re travelling a distance to reach us, just please email to arrange. Video works well for discussing dermal fillers and skin treatments. For any treatment involving a prescription, though, we’ll need to see you face-to-face; that’s a legal requirement, not just our preference.

It depends on the treatment. If your consultation is for anything prescription-based, we’ll book your treatment for a separate day. This gives us time to order your personal prescription from the pharmacy and have it delivered, and just as importantly, it gives you ample time to consider your decision without feeling rushed.

For non-prescription treatments such as dermal fillers and skin treatments, we may be able to treat on the same day if availability allows. Your practitioner will always use their clinical judgement, and may recommend waiting if that’s the right thing for you – you can read more on our policy page.
