About Us

Qualifying as a registered nurse (1st Class Hons) in 2015, and in aesthetics in 2018, Caz’s clinical background is rooted in emergency medicine, spending five years in the Emergency Unit at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, a major trauma centre, followed by five and a half years flying with the Wales Air Ambulance as a Critical Care Practitioner. Alongside NHS service, she served as a Captain in the Royal Army Medical Service (Reservist), and has deployed on overseas operations.

She holds an MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice (with distinction), gained her Independent Prescriber status in 2023, and holds a Diploma in Immediate Medical Care from the Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. She uses ultrasound within her practice, and she was the first medical practitioner in the UK to train in the world-renowned Swedish Lip technique, learned in Stockholm with Dr Gardell. Caz prioritises continuing education for not only her, but all of her team. Caz’s mission is to make aesthetic care safe and reputable, and to provide an uplifting and confidence-instilling experience for all her patients.

Kirsty qualified as a paramedic in 2012, delivering life-saving care with the North West Ambulance Service and in the emergency department here in Hereford.

She has been qualified in aesthetics for over three years, holds the prestigious Level 7 Diploma in Medical Aesthetics from the Derma Institute in London, and is masterclass-trained in injectable facial transformations and regenerative skin health. Kirsty is passionate about skin-health and takes pride in forming individualised, highly-effective and comprehensive regenerative treatment plans. She delivers our advanced regenerative and skin treatments alongside injectables.

Izzy is a registered nurse and qualified medical aesthetics practitioner. When Izzy is not in clinic, you’ll find her in a busy, fast-paced emergency department where no two days are ever the same – experience that has sharpened both her clinical skills and her ability to stay calm under pressure.

She qualified in medical aesthetics with the prestigious British Aesthetics Academy in London and is with us part-time, happily combining her two passions. Izzy says, “Aesthetics isn’t about changing how you look. It’s about enhancing your natural features and helping you feel like the best version of yourself.” Izzy is known for her aesthetic flair and warmest of smiles!

Ruby qualified as a registered nurse in 2010 and has a wonderfully broad clinical background across emergency, critical care and intensive care, including experience as a senior nurse in ITU at the University Hospital of Wales. She now works as a Critical Care Practitioner for the air ambulance in Wales and is studying for her MSc in Advanced Practice.

Ruby has been practising aesthetics for ten years and is known for her meticulous eye for detail and her incredibly capable and safe care. She and Caz flew together as air ambulance medics for nearly six years, and are lucky and delighted enough to continue working together in their aesthetics careers. You will find Ruby at our Cardiff clinic for days and evenings each month, and occasionally here in Hereford too.

Zoe comes to us from a background in business support and customer care, and she is an organisational genius! She looks after your journey with us from your very first enquiry, keeps the whole team efficient and organised, and makes sure no question ever goes unanswered.

Nothing is too much trouble for Zoe, and you will find her front-of-house in clinic.
