Your consultation
Book a complimentary consultation with any of our medics and tell us what's bothering you and what you'd like to achieve. We'll clinically assess your skin using the Observ 320 scanner, taking your lifestyle and medical history into account, then build a plan together that you feel comfortable with.

Start your plan
Your plan might be in-clinic skin treatments, medical-grade skincare tailored to you at home, or a combination of both. We're here to support you throughout, not just on treatment days.

Review and maintain
We'll arrange a follow-up to assess your progress and look back at how far your skin has come. From there we can plan any maintenance you need, so your results last

Find answers to what you need to know before booking

Do I need a consultation?

If you are a brand new patient and we have not met you before, yes – we ask for a face-to-face consultation first. It is complimentary, and it allows us to formulate an appropriate treatment plan for you.

A consultation is a mandatory requirement for any patient looking for prescription-based treatments, such as anti-wrinkle injectables or prescription skincare. Prescription consultations and treatments are not performed on the same day.

I am not local and travelling a long way to see you. What should I do?

Please email us at hello@thearterclinic.co.uk before you book. We can make sure you are given an appropriate appointment slot, advise you on timings around your travel, and help you make the most of your visit.

In some circumstances we are able to treat on the same day as your consultation – this can include skin-based treatments and dermal filler treatments. It is not possible for prescription treatments, which always require a prior consultation.
