Terms & Conditions

Strictly no under 18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Treatments require medical consultation to screen for treatment suitability.

  1. Appointment Policy: Clients are advised to schedule appointments in advance to secure preferred dates and times. There is a first come first serve policy. Penarth appointments are very limited.  All booking requests will be directed via the booking link online.  All bookings require a paid deposit to secure.

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 to 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit already paid. Please make every effort to reschedule in plenty of time.

  1. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your relaxation process. Arrivals of more than 10 minutes late may results in a lost appointment and will be considered a ‘no-show’.  Please call or message to inform the clinic you are running late and every effort will be made to hold your appointment if feasible.

  1. Consultation: An initial consultation is mandatory for new clients to discuss desired outcomes, treatment options, and potential risks associated with procedures. In some cases if safety and time allow, treatments may be offered on the same day as your consultation appointment.

  1. Treatment Suitability: Treatments are subject to an assessment and consultation. The Arter Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the patient.

  1. Pricing & Payment: Prices for services are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, debit/credit cards, apple/google pay and other approved payment methods.

  1. Refunds: Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, services rendered are non-refundable. Products purchased may be refunded or exchanged under specific conditions.

  1. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are available for purchase and are subject to expiration dates and terms of use.

  1. Client Information: Clients must provide accurate health and medical history information to avoid risks and complications.

  1. Privacy & Confidentiality: Client records and information are confidential and protected in accordance with privacy regulations.

  1. Children & Guests: Children and guests are not permitted in the treatment rooms for safety and insurance purposes. One chaperone will be allowed in the treatment room with the patient on request.
